1998 we are to inform you that:
1) Anna Frumina and "Russian Native Breeds Association" are not the members of RKF and are not recognized by RKF.
2) Elena Tsukanova is not approved by
FCI to judge the CACIB Shows. She is only approved by RKF to judge the
following breeds on CAC Shows:
Besides, Elena Tsukanova can judge in
the USA only on the Shows approved by AKC.
